Federal Skilled Worker occupations
The Provincial Nomination Program (PNP) allows Canadian provinces to nominate individuals who wish to immigrate to Canada to settling in their province. Foreign skilled workers and professionals intended in settle a particular province/territory can make your application through one of the provincial programs. Provincial Nomination is an important fast-track option for Canadian Permanent Residency and has lower requirement compare to Federal Skilled Worker Program. Each Canadian province and one territory have set up their own unique PNP to recruit suitable skilled workers to their province (except for Quebec, which has a different selection system). Each PNP is tailored to the province’s/territory’s specific needs to select nominees who will be able to settle into life and work in the region and to effectively contribute to the community.
Before submitting an immigration application to Canada, the skilled worker first submits an application to the province/territory and should obtain a Provincial Nomination Certificate. After obtained nomination from a province/territory, a separate application must be submitted to Citizenship and Immigration Canada for your Canada Immigration (Permanent Resident) Visa. The following provinces have nomination programs, but we don’t assist for all provinces since the process involved is more complicated.
